     Did you know that the Federal Deposit Insurance
Corporation has published two lists naming the safest banks
in the country?  Probably not.
    
     These lists are not called “America’s Safest Banks.”
That would mean that there is another list: “America’s
Riskiest Banks.”  There is such a list, but it is not made
available to the public by the FDIC.

     So, being bureaucrats, the FDIC has hidden the lists
of safe banks under bureaucratese.  The two lists are
called this:

     List of Entities Opting Out of the Debt Guarantee
     Program

     List of Entities Opting Out of the Transaction
     Account Guarantee Program

     These banks have decided to avoid the regulation
associated with these two FDIC programs.  A bank that is
not very confident about its ability to survive the present
crisis would not opt out.

     Naturally, the FDIC has attempted to cover up the
implications of these lists.  It says:

     Please note that there are many valid reasons why
     an entity may have chosen to opt out of the TLG
     Program. Entities must make individual decisions
     based upon their business needs, including the
     costs of the Program as well as the benefits of
     participation. The decision to opt out in no way
     signals anything, either positively or
     negatively, about the financial health of the
     entity.

     Ho, ho, ho.  And, I might add, ha, ha, ha.  Opting out
sends a clear message: “We don’t need no stinking
subsidies!”

     The lists are alphabetical: first by state, then by
city.  You can find the lists here:

MY COMMENTS:

My personal opinion is that the fewer dolllars kept in ANY bank is better.  Investments denominted in US Dollars are at risk.  I would even go so far as to say that taking a tax hit would be better than leaving investments in US Dollars. Once you have the cash in hand, convert it to physically held gold and silver.  You can always sell the gold and silver later to get cash if you need it.  Of course the government can make a move against gold and silver, but they would have a very difficult time enforcing confiscatory measures.  Of course, I am no investment advisor, so obviously you need to consult those you trust and make up your own mind about this. 

There is a lot of inormation on this blog to help you make an intelligent decision too.

I watched a short section of Bill Moyer’s interview with some belt-way financial wiz-bang and it was truly sickening to watch Bill lap up all the non-sense that this guy was offering up about bank regulation and the bail-out/nationalization of banks.  TV is truly an abysmal source for developing  your worldview and obtaining information for sound decision making and it is getting MUCH worse.  I found it; here it is http://www.pbs.org/moyers/journal/blog/

The video is basically a correct historical account, but as with most documentaries that make it to the venerated TV it is rife with omissions and completely ignores organizations like the CFR, Trilateral Commissions and the Bilderbergers; thus half-deep and half-baked.

The appearance of balance in the mainstream media is more times than not, just another attempt to implement the Hegelian dialectic to shape public opinion and control outcomes.   He is, by some accounts, a CFR member and also one of the Bilderbergers.  I have do not have a firm and current conformation on this, but it matters little.   The man CANNOT be trusted.

The Social Contract and Other Myths

Myths and lies have been major contributors to the indoctrination of children into the prevailing culture. Our earliest experiences usually included stories about Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy, characters we swore were integral parts of the cosmic scheme. In time – usually with the help of our more skeptical friends or forthright parents – we experienced the pains of disillusionment, and even prided ourselves on how sophisticated we were vis-a-vis our more gullible younger siblings. As young adults in a “bottom-line” world, we managed to discard more lies, such as “the check is in the mail,” “user-friendly computer,” and “I’m from the government; I’m here to help!”

There are some fables, however, that are too deeply engrained in us for us to confront, most of which have to do with how political systems operate. To look such myths in the face and see them for what they are would, in our politically-defined world, be too traumatic, forcing us to face up to the reality that we have been victimized by our own gullibility. (I have, for instance, been intrigued by the recent billboards and bumper-stickers that read: “In God We Trust. United We Stand.” If we are trusting in God, why do we need to stand united? Is God incapable of finding and protecting us if we “stand individually?”)

The myth that meets with the most resistance for examination, however, is that upon which modern “democratic” political systems are founded: the “social contract” theory of the state. According to this view, best developed by John Locke and woven into the fabric of the Declaration of Independence, human beings are free by nature, and may take whatever action is necessary for sustaining their lives, consistent with a like right in all others to do the same. This includes the right to protect one’s life and property from attacks by others. The individual enjoyment of such a right carries with it the right of individuals to join together for mutual protection, creating an agency – the state – to act on their behalf in this regard. At all times, however, this arrangement is understood as one of a principal/agency relationship, with individuals being the principals, and the state their agent. This, in theory, is the rationale for the modern state.

Of course, there is no evidence of any state having come into existence through such idealistic means. Being grounded in force, all political systems have been created through conquest, violence, and disregard for the rights of those who do not voluntarily choose to be a part of the arrangement. Even the origins of the United States of America – which provides us a great deal more empirical evidence – reveals the absence of any “contract” among its citizenry to participate in the system. As best I can tell from my reading of history, the Constitution was probably favored by about one-third of the population, strongly opposed by another one-third, and greeted with indifference by the remaining one-third.

The sentiment that “We the People” spoke, as one voice, on behalf of the new system; the idea that there was a universal agreement – which a contract theory demands – for the creation of the American state, represents historic nonsense. The Constitution did not even reflect the wishes of a majority of the population, much less all. Those who persist in the “social contract” myth are invited to explain how, once the national government came into being, Rhode Island was threatened with blockades and invasions should it continue to insist upon not ratifying the Constitution. Rhode Island was, after the majority of Americans themselves, the second victim of “American imperialism!”

If the origins of the United States government do not persuade you of the mythic nature of the state, then your attention is directed to the Civil War, wherein the southern states made a choice to opt out of the “social contract” by seceding from the Union. Lincoln – in my mind, the worst president this country ever had, including all the McKinleys and Roosevelts and Wilsons and Trumans and Bushes, none of whom could have inflicted their damage without Lincoln’s embracing the principle of the primacy of the totalitarian state – negated any pretense to a “social contract” justification for the United States. (If you would like further evidence on this, I direct your attention to two books: Richard Bensel’s Yankee Leviathan, and Thomas DiLorenzo’s just-published work The Real Lincoln.)

Those of a totalitarian persuasion have had to stumble all over one another to salvage the “social contract” myth – without which, the state is seen for what it always has been by its nature: a corporate body that employs force, threats, and deadly violence to compel individuals to participate in whatever suits its interest to pursue. Somehow or other, people are “free” to contract to set up a state as their “agent” but, once established, there is some kind of unexplained conversion by which the state becomes the “principal,” and individuals the “agents.”

Imagine if such logic were employed in the marketplace – which, fortunately, does not enjoy the use of coercive force. Suppose that you Suppose that you went to work for the United Updike Company and, after three years of employment, you decided to resign in order to take another job. Suppose Uniited Updike thought that you were too valuable an employee to lose, and so resorted to deadly force to compel you to remain with them. Suppose, further, that such a scheme would have been so transparent that it would have been met with general contempt in the community, and so the company rationalizes its coercive actions this way: “we are taking this action in order to protect the rights of your children, whose security might be threatened were you to quit your job.” This was the essence of the Civil War!

I continue to get e-mails from readers who either do not understand – or do not want to understand – how the 13^th Amendment to the Constitution nationalized slavery rather than ended it. Military and jury duty conscription, taxation, compulsory school attendance, are just a number of manifestations of how government is engaged in the practice of slavery. But the root explanation for this phenomenon is traced back to the rejection of “contract” as a basis for the state.

One must understand the interconnected nature of “liberty,” “property,” and “contract.” To enjoy a condition of liberty is to have one’s claim to self-ownership respected. Such claims are respected when, and only if, we insist upon contracts as the only way in which to properly deal with one another. I believe it was Blackstone who defined “contract” as an agreement by two or more persons to exchange claims of ownership. Thus, if I wish to secure your services, I will respect your independence by making an offer to you that you will consider attractive enough to cause you to agree to work for me. The arrangement is a contractual one.

When the state wants our services or the products of our labor, it demands them by force, with no respect for yours or my right to refuse. Taxes are simply increased, conscription ordered, service demanded, and we are expected to obey with the same obeisance as a plantation slave being ordered to increase the rate of chopping cotton. We have so internalized our slave status that most of us take it as a compliment to be referred to as an “asset” of the community; or regard it as an expression of governmental “caring” to refer to our children as “our nation’s most valuable resources.”

Lest you dismiss my observations as hyperbole, consider the dissenting opinion of Supreme Court Justice Harlan, in the 1905 case Lochner v. New York, where he sought to justify legislation that limited the number of hours people could work in bakeries. An excessive number of hours, he argued, “may endanger the health, and shorten the lives of the workmen, thereby diminishing their physical and mental capacity to serve the State” (emphasis added). Do you hear any sounds of retreat from such sentiments in the words of President Bush, or John Ashcroft, or Donald Rumsfeld, as they warn us of our duties of obedience to their will, or threaten us if we seek to find out too much about their military actions? And when Secretary of Health and Human Services, Tommy Thompson, speaks of possible “mandatory” vaccinations against smallpox or anthrax, do you discern any more regard for our free wills in such matters than a rancher would in vaccinating his cattle for cholera or hoof-and-mouth disease?

In current efforts to establish a European Union, or to expand the powers – including taxation – of the United Nations, we witness the removal of even a pretense of support for the “social contract” principle. Only in Ireland, I believe, were people allowed to vote on the EU proposal – which was soundly rejected by the voters. Now, apparently, it is sufficient for existing political systems to create supra-political systems, without bothering to consult the rabble, whose function is only to be serviceable to the new regimes.

I know of no legal principle that allows an “agent” to delegate his or her agency to another, or to create a new agency, without the consent of the “principal.” I strongly suspect that, should an agent undertake such authority without being instructed to do so by the principal, all courts would treat this as a fundamental breach of the agency agreement. And yet, agencies of the United States government – as well as other nations – now engage in just such transactions, seeking to bind their own citizenry to political obligations in which none of them has had even a remote voice. Does this not suggest to you a material breach in the alleged “social contract,” leaving us free to pursue our well-being in other ways? John Locke and Thomas Jefferson would have said “yes.”

In their teenage years, my children used to lament “I didn’t ask to be born.” I informed them that, as they came to learn more about biology, they would understand that they did ask to be born; that the life force within their particular sperm wanted nothing so much as to be the fertilizer of what was to become their ovum; that they have never worked so insistently for anything in their lives as to come into existence. They soon stopped uttering this plea!

What my children probably meant to say was that they had entered into no contract with either my wife or me to be brought into being. While this is obviously true, it is equally the case that “life” was not simply thrust upon them; that while they had no conscious will in the matter, the sense of life that inhered in their pre-conceptual state impelled their actions.

But all of us – including my three children – are human beings and, as such, each of us is characterized by “free will.” This means that each of us has the capacity for self-ownership and self-direction, qualities that men like Locke and Jefferson regarded as so inseparable to life itself that social institutions – particularly the state – must rest their legitimacy upon their inviolability.

We are long past the day when even intelligent men and women incorporate such insights into their thinking or discussions. The pragmatic demands of Realpolitik – including how to manipulate “public opinion” and put together power-based coalitions – now dominate the conscious minds of most. But as our modern world continues its present entropic collapse into worldwide warfare, police-state oppression, and dehumanizing regimentation, it might be timely to resurrect some earlier notions – born of renaissance and enlightenment thinking – about the centrality of individuals in defining our social systems and behavior.

At least since the time of Lincoln, our nation has abandoned such sentiments, elevating statist ambitions of empire over the liberty and prosperity of human beings. It is time for us to face up to the myths and other lies by which others have seduced our self-destructive compliance. There is no “social contract” underlying our relationship to the state. Contrary to the high school civics class nonsense in which we have been indoctrinated, you and I are not the government: we have no more say in the course of political decision-making than does our family dog in deciding where we are to take this year’s vacation!

NBC Poll

MY RESPONSE  -

NBC has no interest in promoting the Christian view irrespective of the results of such a poll.  GE owns NBC and looks favorably on the CFR and the NWO. Some of the Board of Directors are CFR members and, as can be judged by their actions and media content, there is little doubt regarding their allegiances.

NBC is simply testing the waters to gauge reaction to the upcoming economic meltdown. How open is the public to using the new currency that will replace the venerated dollar with all of its contrary symbology?  In the grand scheme of things and in relation to how we can use our time effectively to prepare, this poll is a non-issue.  The economic collapes and the new currency are a given.  This poll may only slightly influence the timing of events and nothing more.  If they don’t like the results, they can simply alter it or bury it.  Trusting the likes of NBC with the truth is a fool’s game.

“In God We Trust” - of course!   But to have this printed on fiat, fractional reserve currency is an insult to God!   Trusting in God is a matter of one’s beliefs and if the object of such belief somehow includes this money then the matter must be revisited in light of the facts and not some emotional reaction.

Soon, all of us will rue the day we had anything to do with this money.  It is stealth/debt instrument and it is designed to permanently remove the wealth of the middle class.  This fact can no longer be argued in light of recent events.

One would have to have been completely asleep over recent weeks to have avoided hearing poll results claiming that “seventy percent of the American people” believe Saddam Hussein was involved in the 9-11 terrorist attack. Of course, no real evidence to support this claim has been produced. Yet for many Americans a poll such as this provides sufficient evidence that Saddam did attack America on 9-11 and that Bush did the right thing in invading Iraq. After all, these Americans have been conditioned to believe that the majority is right, that polls reflect the majority’s opinion, and that government should do what the majority wants. But these Americans could not be more wrong! Any serious student of America’s founding era knows that the men who created this nation abhorred democracy, the essence of which is unbridled majority rule. Rather than subject themselves and their posterity to such a danger, they crafted a republic, the rule of law, which has as its fundamental purpose limiting those who would govern. They showed their contempt for unrestricted popular opinion with their decision to have senators appointed by state legislators and presidents chosen by electors. They understood that popular sentiment should never replace independent thought, good judgement, and courageous adherence to principles. On the other hand, would-be tyrants have long employed the tactic of appearing to cater to the will of the majority, while cleverly beguiling the people and leading them astray. Karl Marx advocated “democracy” in his Communist Manifesto, calling it “the first step in the revolution.” A century later, Mao Tse-tung pointed to “the democratic revolution” as “the necessary preparation … to bring about a socialist and communist society.” Vladimir Lenin not only manipulated the masses to accomplish his evil ends, but used polling to win their support. He then became their spokesman, built a coalition of supporters, and with outside help seized control of the nation. In America, the business of polling to announce what the majority supposedly thinks and then making that viewpoint national policy has become a contemptible scourge. It began in earnest a half century ago at the hands of George Gallup and Elmo Roper. Should we be surprised that Gallup joined the world-government promoters at the Council on Foreign Relations in 1939, and Roper did likewise in 1944? The threat posed by pollsters takes two forms: 1) Most pollsters have an agenda and are more interested in shaping public opinion than in reporting it; and 2) Inordinate importance is attached to polling results. Pollsters report their findings as if the views of the few hundred individuals surveyed represent the thinking of the nation as a whole and then the nation is supposed to adopt that thinking as national policy. Even worse, professional pollsters are adept at producing virtually any conclusion they want via clever wording of questions, arbitrary selection of those polled, or out-and-out lying. And lying is not out of the question. In his 1995 memoir, Call the Briefing, former presidential Press Secretary Marlin Fitzwater told of a plan to concoct a poll to create a supposed need to dump Vice President Dan Quayle for the 1992 Bush re-election effort. Secretary of State James A. Baker III and campaign manager Robert Teeter actually created a fictitious poll to demonstrate that Quayle was a drag on the ticket. Fitzwater wrote that the president’s son, George W. Bush, was in on the plot. Though this planned fraud wasn’t employed and Quayle wasn’t dumped, these men were willing to sway the public’s attitude by means of a fake poll. They intended to rely on the fact that a skyrocketing number of Americans allow themselves to be swayed by real or concocted popular opinion. According to an increasingly prevalent attitude in America, if the majority wants something the government has a duty to provide it. Polls are playing a key role in stampeding the American people into accepting destructive policies. Even those who see the harm are being buffaloed into believing that they’re all alone and that their cause is hopeless. And venal politicians base their campaigns, not on what’s right and constitutional, but on the results of the latest poll. More and more in America, the opinion of the majority is what counts. But majorities are often incorrect. If we Americans continue to allow ourselves to be influenced by polls, we might as well tear up the Constitution, abolish Congress, and ask a pollster to discover what we should do about everything. Which is precisely what former presidential candidate H. Ross Perot proposed while offering himself as a presidential candidate. He suggested having everyone in the nation vote by computer on every issue. That, of course, would be the purest form of democracy–and the certain end of the America we inherited. Like television, a public opinion poll isn’t inherently evil. How the poll is formulated, how it is used, and how much weight it is given determines its worth. When polls are used to shape opinion rather than reflect it, they become powerful weapons in the hands of freedom’s enemies. Americans should say: “I don’t care what the pollsters tell us; I know what’s right and I know what’s wrong. And with the help of Almighty God, I’m going to see to it that right triumphs no matter how many may have been persuaded otherwise.”

Events over the past five months since the carefully orchestrated storm was set for bank “bail outs” should make it clear to any American not walking around in a self-imposed coma that we have crossed the Rubicon. As I have written for many years: Non essential businesses will continue to go under as Americans only have enough disposable income for absolute necessities like shelter, food and transportation to their jobs or the unemployment office. This massive give away by Congress since last September is simply sealing our fate.

Americans are frightened, confused. Already we’ve seen several tragedies where fathers have killed their entire families and themselves because he’s lost his job and the bills were piling up. We will see more and worse. We the people are now being held hostage with a gun to our head to aid and assist in the final destruction of our constitutional republic. We are being held hostage with the gun of government to our heads to fund the final destruction of capitalism, freedom and liberty.

We the people are being held hostage with the gun of totalitarian government to fund the continuation of the unconstitutional, immoral invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan based on lies and manipulation. To fund organizations who conduct massive vote fraud (ACORN), filth in the Arts and schools and more killing of unborn babies. Fund the furtherance of one world government as the impostor president is openly shoving communism down our throats with the approval from most members of Congress.

The whimpering Republicans who are now “reinventing themselves” did NOTHING to correct the abuses by Marxist Bill Clinton and shoved a good dose of Fascism down our throats. Now they’re objecting to more of the same they heaped upon us in big spending and draconian legislation from 1995 – 2007? Republican turn coats (“leaders”) are actually embracing nationalization of private banks. That alone should tell GOP faithful where these poltroons stand on free markets.

When the usurper president, Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro aka and so forth announced you and I will be required to bail out toxic mortgages to save home owners facing or in foreclosure, I was surprised anyone was surprised. Didn’t Marxist Obama tell you during the rigged election that he was going to redistribute the wealth:

“Conservatives yesterday ripped Obama after he was caught on video telling an Ohio plumber that he intends to take the profits of small-business owners and “spread the wealth around” to those with lesser incomes.”

The impostor president has also proclaimed in yet another “fix it” plan for the economy: Tax businesses and tax the wealthy. In order to buy such warped thinking, one must check their brain at the door next to Obama’s empty head. The wealthy create jobs. To single them out for “extra” taxes is to punish success and violate the U.S. Constitution for apportioned taxation (See A Pioneer on the Withholding Issue about half way down).

Piling heavier taxes on businesses to sell the illusion of “stimulating the economy,” is somewhere between lunacy and utter stupidity that won’t save or create a single job. The massive number of pink slips falling all across the country continues to build: 600,000 more jobs were lost last month bringing the total (as near as one can tell with all the lies and cooking the books in DC) to 3.2 million jobs lost in 13 months.

States, due to gross mismanagement, can’t pay tens of thousands of unemployment claims as jobs disappear and revenues shrink. The gang rape bill will force you and me with a gun to our heads to fund state deficits by stealing the fruits of our labor.

California is run by a communist state legislature (Democrats) and has been for years. The Republican leadership in California said a fiscal conservative like Sen. Tom McClintock “couldn’t win.” He didn’t have name recognition. Those cretins shoved an immoral pig down the throats of their party faithful and Arnie, the grossly unqualified “movie star,” moved into the governor’s mansion and has rubber stamped the collapse of that state from day one. Now that California is near utter bankruptcy, Comrade Obama, with approval from Congress, will force you, me and our children to fund their mess. How far will California’s $14 BILLION dollar tax increase go when they’re funding almost $10 BILLION a year to feed, clothe, educate and incarcerate almost 8 million illegal aliens? Think about that good citizens of California.

These states who have blown their tax revenues out their backsides now demand “stimulus” money from your pocket. You are already fleeced by the federal machine to pay for the unconstitutional Federal Department of Education to waste HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS to dumb down America’s children and socially indoctrinate them with immoral agendas. Now, the states want more from an empty treasury to prop them up to pay for education, reward the criminals (illegal aliens) sucking resources and the list goes on and on. I live in Texas. It is NOT my responsibility to pay for the mistakes of South Carolina, Alaska or California’s state legislatures.

Remember Obama’s proclamations about how many jobs he will create (amazing considering the president of these united States of America has ZERO authority to create a single job):

Dec. 6, 2008: “President-elect Barack Obama said Saturday he has asked his economic team for a recovery plan that saves or creates more than 2 million jobs, makes public buildings more energy-efficient and invests in roads and schools.”

Jan. 3, 2009: “The president-elect says he wants to “create three million new jobs” — this is a change from a few weeks ago, when he said he wanted the plan to create OR SAVE two million jobs.”

Jan. 10, 2009: “Facing growing criticism of his economic recovery plan, President-elect Barack Obama made public Saturday a detailed analysis by his economic advisers that estimates the $775 billion plan of tax cuts and new spending would create 3.5 million jobs over the next two years.”

January 10, 2009: “President-elect Barack Obama countered critics with an analysis Saturday by his economic team showing that a program of tax cuts and spending like he’s proposed would create up to 4.1 million jobs, far more than the 3 million he has insisted are needed to lift the country from recession.”

Bald faced lies because the numbers don’t lie. Tax cuts with a deficit cut in half by 2013? All hocus pocus without any basis in reality. The impostor president wants to put a gun to your head (IRS) to pay someone else’s mortgage; some 7 – 9 MILLION of them while you have trouble paying your own on time. More of Obama’s communist (progressive) ideology, which has enraged people all across this country. Santelli’s rousting call for a new Tea Party is resounding border to border, coast to coast - except with those who believe they have the right to steal from your paycheck. Last year 2.8 million homes went into foreclosure. If the numbers (7-9 million) are accurate, the situation is even more dire than we thought. Comrade Obama is talking $75 BILLION to bail out homeowners by stealing the fruits of your labor with money that does not exist. The treasury is overdrawn almost $11 TRILLION dollars right now. How do you write another hot check for $75 BILLION dollars when your checkbook is already overdrawn by $11 TRILLION dollars? Change, Comrade Obama? Here’s more change – $20.3 MILLION dollars that does not exist:

Not only does the U.S. Constitution NOT authorize this looting of the people’s purse, but as Obama is an usurper president, this PD has NO effect or force of law. That $20.3 MILLION bux will have to be borrowed from the central bank (FED) with the interest slapped on the backs of you, me, our children and grand children.

Obama is not only a pathological narcissist, but a masterful liar and since not one member of the media at his press conference questioned the origin of those numbers of foreclosures expected, we really don’t know. Remember during the so called “bail out” crisis last September what a treasury spokeswoman who should have been fired said about the $700 billion dollar bail out: “It’s not based on any particular data point. We just wanted to choose a really large number.” They made it up to be sufficiently enormous to frighten everyone into rapid action. And it worked.”

What will never work is more bailouts or “stimulus” nonsense stealing the fruits of your labor, mine, our children and grand children to prop up what is imploding and cannot be stopped. Last September I wrote a column titled, ‘Bailouts: the wound that will keep on hemorrhaging.’ The gang rape bill passed by Congress and these new proposals by an usurper president represents no change, just the continuation of the march towards complete collapse. The suffering by our fellow Americans is in its infancy with the worst yet to come.

Thank you to so many people who sent email asking if I’m okay because I haven’t had a column in weeks. I was out of the state from February 5 – 19th and have been trying to get caught up. The maid took the year off and I have no staff. I also do my radio show five nights a week which requires a lot of preparation. Thousands of emails come in all week long with questions and I’m trying to get them answered on my radio show in real time. Please allow me to bring up a few things here you might have missed.

Marxist Hillary Clinton is parading around Asia begging our mortal enemy, the COMMUNIST Chinese to keep buying our debt. This morally bankrupt female (who should have been indicted for a dozen crimes over the years) has made it quite clear: Human rights do not matter. It’s okay with her the commies force the murder of unborn babies in China right up to nine months; their totalitarian government murders their own people to quell dissent. They use slave labor for that silk blouse or NBA basketball star endorsed tennis shoes and their “businessmen” skin dogs and cats alive. The fur from these screaming little animals is woven into doll’s clothes, sweaters and parkas and sold to you in violation of our laws. Not a problem for Clinton who serves as Secretary of State illegally. China isn’t our trading partner, they’re the master. China holds America by the throat because they hold our debt and Clinton is begging them to buy more so Congress and Marxist Obama can continue looting the people’s treasury to fund our own destruction.

While Clinton is sucking up to these monsters, these are the same commies who celebrate a bloodied America on 9/11. Do NOT ever forget that Communist China celebrated the attacks of 9/11:

I am still combing through the gang rape bill (“American Recovery and Reinvestment Act”). This is the same policy making blunders FDR used which prolonged the depression. I covered this in depth on my radio show; you can read about it here. This gigantic fraud contains a provision for doctors to enter your medical records into a giant electronic government data base at a cost of $10 – 12 BILLION dollars. Not mine. As soon as I find the exact language in the bill, I’m sending my primary care physician and the neurosurgeons who operated on my spine, notification that I forbid my medical records from being electronically entered into any government data bank. If this is mandatory, I intend to sue to stop it. The hell I’m going to have my personal information available for computer hackers (yes, they have hacked into the Pentagon and other “secure” computers) or for any government bureau-rat to take a peek.

Tenth Amendment resolutions by the states or “reclaiming sovereignty.” Yes, this is great, but there is no teeth behind these resolutions. They are just more pretty words on a piece of paper. How many of these states who have proclaimed sovereignty are taking “stimulus” package money? How will they bite the hand that feeds them? Hmm? For those who might not know, there was a small movement like this back in the mid-90s and nothing ever came of it because the state legislatures always ended up caving into the federal machine for money.

Honest money bills have been introduced in several states. These must get passed and only a massive demand by the citizens of those states will get their the job done.

Congressman Ron Paul has reintroduced his bill to abolish the privately owned Federal Reserve. While some think the effort to abolish the FED only materialized during Ron Paul’s run for the presidency last year, I can assure you, this has been a top priority for a long time. On September 29, 1993, my project delivered over 1.7 MILLION signatures to Congress to abolish the FED and it’s evil twin, the IRS. Ron Paul’s original bill, H.R. 2755 was introduced in June, 2007. Not a single cosponsor. His new bill is H.R. 833. It also has no cosponsors. That alone should tell you that Congress has no intention of implementing real solutions to our economic collapse.

Do NOT be fooled with the current bill in Congress to replace the IRS with a “fair” tax. This is another trap that must be rejected. Shame on these fools for introducing and sponsoring such poison. These alternative taxing schemes have been around since the late 50s. They are band aids that will keep the FED sucking the lifeblood of this country dry. Here is the right argument on taxes.

How can one fight so many different issues at once? I am a board member for the Committees of Safety. Our top issues: Honest money, securing our food supplies, protecting open commerce, vote fraud, constitutional homeland security and property rights. Numbers build power and all politics are local. Get involved. The police cannot protect you or your family. How bad do you want to see the IRS abolished? It will only happen when enough Americans get the truth and bury Congress in their own lies. Like ending prohibition, it takes numbers (not violence). The gold rush continues as investors see disaster continue in the markets. I’m not a gold dealer. I don’t sell precious metals. I don’t know how Americans are sleeping at night. Baby boomers are seeing everything they’ve worked for going down the drain and are helpless to save their retirement funds [401(k)s] from being wiped out. Getting your money early gets you massive penalties by the Internal Robbing Service set into law by the “caring” Republicans and Democrats who toss around clever marketing jingo like ‘Main Street not Wall Street.’ Americans need to understand one thing: The glory days are over, period. The world’s richest elite and those who fully understand the situation are buying gold like hot cakes. At least learn why it is the safe haven because hyper inflation is going to eat your “dollar” in the near future and it will take years, if not a full decade to bring things back around to something akin to restoring financial solvency.

I won’t have a column on Thursday. I’m preparing my package for the U.S. Attorney in Austin, Texas, and four of my state legislators; will hand deliver them later this week. This requires days, not hours, putting together all the material. It’s also a six hour drive each way from my home to the State Capitol. The package for the U.S. Attorney is on the impostor president, Obama. I want him investigated and indicted for wire fraud. The packages for my state legislators is on the sovereignty bill recently introduced here in Texas. Next week I will make the complete packages and all paper work available on line.

There simply is no way I can handle more an average of 20,000 emails per month. I’m booking guests and going over the assault on our republic and rights every night. Good Facts, Good Logic, Repetitive & Ruined by Invective, October 16, 2008

Author Tarpley has written an expose of Obama as the next Manchurian Candidate (the first was Carter), recruited, trained, husbanded, financed and handled by the Bilderbergs and their American subsidiary, the Trilateral Commission. Unfortunately, the book is VERY repetitive, going over and over the same material, and loaded with invective and really scurrilous personal attacks and ill-advised adjectives. Apparently it is impossible for the author to mention many names without using descriptive adjectives like reactionary, doltish, evil, idiotic, fascist, scoundrel, etc. The use of such terms is hardly scholarly, and indeed the author makes no pretense of offering a scholarly work, preferring instead to offer a polemic.

The author includes essays by others than himself, but who offer essentially nothing new or different that those points made in his own chapters. In essence, more than half of the book can be skipped without missing anything.

The theme is that Obama was spotted and recruited by Zbigniew Brzezinski for his eventual election to President while Obama was studying political science at Columbia. Zbig was teaching there at the same time (1982-83), and Obama wrote his senior paper on a subject of Zbig’s primary interest, “Soviet Nuclear Disarmament.” Obama has provided essentially no information concerning his time at Columbia and the influence of Zbig.

Lest this seem unbelievable to the reader who is unfamiliar with Zbig’s role as co-founder (with David Rockefeller) of the Trilateral Commission (TC), the author serves up a few relatively undisputed facts. Zbig was put on to Jimmy Carter in 1973 by George Franklin when Carter was an unknown governor of Georgia. Zbig liked what he saw and understood that Carter would be subservient and easily handled, so took Carter to Rockefeller and the two catapulted Carter into the Presidency. It must be remembered that Carter came from nowhere, and only seven months before his nomination, was preferred by only four percent of the Democrats. The Trilateral influence was brought to bear and it proved decisive. And Zbig became Carter’s National Security Advisor, TC, CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) and Bilderberg Paul Volcker took over the Federal Reserve. In fact, Carter’s cabinet was stuffed with TC, CFR and Bilderberg members, as has every administration had their cabinets and top bureaucratic positions including the CIA filled by Bilderbergs, TC & CFR members since then.

Unfortunately Carter was totally inept, and Ronald Reagan’s “Reagan Democrat” revolt proved to be a nasty surprise for the Bilderbergs, Zbig & David Rockefeller. The first George Bush was better (also a CFR & TC member), but he still did not move the country into a public-private partnership of socialism and giant international corporations to control the country on a national and international level. Pamela Harriman introduced Bill Clinton to the Bilderbergs in 1991, and he was anointed by them to be the next President a year before he was actually elected. Zbig was back in power, if a little behind the scene. Incredibly, George W. Bush stole the election from the approved Al Gore, and even held his own against Bilderbergs John Kerry and John Edward. But now there would be no fooling around. It was time to bring someone forward who was totally bred and groomed for the Presidency and one who would dance every tune the Bilderbergs and TCs played. Although Bill Clinton was a Bilderberg, TC & CFR, Hillary was not. Enter Barack Obama.

The author cites how Obama’s career was managed for him: from his assisted entry into Harvard Law School, Editor of the Law Review, his movement to Chicago and receiving a position to teach constitutional law, then his election to the Illinois State Senate (unopposed, as the expensive Bilderberg lawyers were able to have all Obama’s opponents’ names taken off the ballot), and even his election to the US Senate. In that campaign, the Democratic front runner was destroyed by the timely breaking of a scandal story, and then his popular Republican opponent, Jack Ryan, was destroyed and forced to abandon his candidacy when Obama’s handlers were able to get an LA judge to unseal Ryan’s divorce settlement and give it to the press. Obama walked in against little more than a token protest vote. In the Senate Obama was instructed to avoid voting on controversial bills so his carefully coached controlled voice and cadenced speeches would be the only face he would present. The author points out that Obama is strictly a nothing front man, but his vacuous speeches are able to almost hypnotize his audiences. Much like Mussolini, Chavez, Castro and Hitler were able to do.

These are the main elements of the author’s theme, but he also spends a good of space on fascism, and the One World Order goals of the Bilderberg, TC and CFR organizations. The surprising element in all this is that the author is a committed leftist, and his criticism of Obama comes from the left. He puts Obama more readily under the fascist label than the socialist, although clearly the two labels become blurred together is the state envisioned by Zbig, the Bilderbergs & company.

There is much to ponder in this book, particularly in view of the collapse of the US economy predicted by the author that was to be engineered by the Bilderbergs at the right time to ensure Obama’s election. The price of oil almost terminated Obama’s candidacy, but the Bilderbergs were able to get the price under control and reduced by their financiers in Europe and Asia.

If this book’s themes seem improbable or the Bilderbergs, TC or CFR are unknown to the reader, he would be advised to read Daniel Estulin’s “The True Story of The Bilderberg Group”, James Perloff’s “The Shadows of Power – The Council on Foreign Relations And The American Decline”, and Robert Ross’s “Who’s Who of the Elite – Members of the Bilderbergs, Council on Foreign Relations & Trilateral Commission”.

As I said, these is truly much here to read and ponder, but the presentation was awful. The overblown content rated five stars; the presentation and writing only one. So I compromised on three. Still, I recommend the reader buy and read this book.
